Steve has been the Process Excellence Leader at Consider Solutions since May 2020. Prior to joining Consider, Steve spent 30 years as a Finance and Human Resource Leader for three Fortune 100 companies. His industry experience includes; Pharmaceutical, Technology, and Life Sciences. Steve has managed shared service organizations since 1993 in both the Finance and HR functions. His experience includes setting up and leading shared service centers on five continents, both green and brown field, in the areas of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Hire to Retire. Steve’s role at Consider is focused on helping our Clients drive continuous value and operational effectiveness while developing a workplace culture centered on employee development, stakeholder engagement, data driven insights, and simplification. Steve is based in Southern California and routinely travels to all points necessary to connect with his colleagues. For recreation, he enjoys virtually all sports, getting his feet wet in the Pacific Ocean, and collecting vintage vinyl and books.
