In 2022, Naomi introduced the Professional GBS Certification and currently manages the program. Renowned for her exceptional relationship-building skills and extensive network, Naomi is a central figure in the industry, constantly improving and developing products that engage and inspire the community. Her passion for the GBS industry and commitment to advancving it make her a pivotal leader in the field.

He is a subject matter expert for GBS, benchmarking and KPI models. Previously, Tom worked at Arthur Andersen for 9 years, and at The Hackett Group for 19 years.

  Syazana leads a talented team of data scientists and developers, overseeing the development of SSON R&A's product suite, including the Metric Benchmarker, City Cube, Shared Services Atlas, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation Universe (AIIAU), and Visual Analytics Workbooks. She also plays a key role in SSON R&A's annual benchmarking initiatives, such as the Top 20 Most Admired SSO/GBS Study and World's Best GBS Study. Passionate about data insights, Syazana is dedicated to helping SSO/GBS on their continuous improvement journey.
